Good car but needs some improving

Pleased with purchase, but a few improvements needed by BMW. Engine quite noisy, more so than previous 3 series with same engine. This could be dealt with on the updated And improved engine to be launched in June 2014. I paid extra for sports seats but found them uncomfortable and almost impossible to adjust to my correct driving position. It has 5 different levers plus one button without paying extra for the lumbar control. If you ever get the correct setup don't let anyone else drive it and alter settings ! Further issues not happy with shut line gaps and some of the lower dashboard plastics are cheap, brake and accelerator pedal heights awkwardly different. Good to drive though, excellent handling with little roll. Good acceleration and torque for overtaking. Ride on mine is fine but optioned smallest wheels, without the run flats. Plenty of space for 4 adults and good boot. Once mastered the computer information system works very well, has lots of info and quality screen. Have done 9k miles with most journeys of less than 30miles, 43mpg overall but around 48mpg on the odd longer trip. Achieved a 53mpg on easy going 60 mile trip a few days ago, but turned off a/c and drove gently. No problems other than minor broken plastic trim and false electronic warning light. I would probably buy again, as think with the latest engine and standard seats I would be very happy.
