Update to my original review
So there was me thinking this car would start to cost a lot after it hit 200k miles on the clock. How wrong was I.
I got a mobile mechanic to fit new arms to the boot, cost me £50.
I had hydrogen treatment of tge engine and it nov gets around 10% more mpg - for £99 with diesel costs as they are and increasing, itll pay for itself in 10 tanks, nice.
And other than a service or two, that is all I've spent on it since my first review. It sailed through MoTs etc.
It's now worth only around £1.5k unless I spend gazillions on a new car, so I've decided to keep it and run it until it stops.
Insurance is around £400pcm, tax is currently still less than £20pcm.
Amazing car that I now can't and don't want to get rid!
