up! black 1.0 5dr Hatchback

VERY DISAPPOINTING

I have to say how disappointed I am with VW. I chose the UP as having owned VW vehicles in the past I felt for a small car this was the safest!
On purchase we were told the car Central locked when locking the drivers door! It doesn't! Dealer not interested.
The noise!! I compare it to driving a tractor! VW say it is fine. It sounds as if exhaust is blowing in the middle of the car.
Clonky type of noise when changing gear, also on acceleration, engaging of clutch to pull away, rattles when ticking over. Whines at a certain speed. Luckily my radio works fine to which I leave on all the time so can't heard the awful noises.
Would I recommend to a friend? Sorry, I value my friends!
I am unsure of what the man tenancy costs will be incurred as it is under warranty at present. Bet it costs a fortune when that runs out as VW say there is nothing wrong! Hey they have produced a small car that sounds like a tractor! Embarrassing!!
