Rattle & Roll

Its aparent that this car is being made quickly, with little regard for fit & finish. I've owned VW's, BMW's, Ford's, Volvo's and even a Renault. None of them rattled quite like this popular combination of plastic & leather!
Mine was a 1.2 petrol, good enough in itself, quite pokey and excellent to drive on a motorway. Take it off motorways and onto our usually windy cambersome B-roads and the volume of squeaks, rattles, thuds and hisses has put me off recommending this common as muck car!
The terrible fit & finish is disgraceful, my wife has a Nissan Pulsar and it has excellent trim finish but is as rare as hens teeth.
I would avoid this car, unless you enjoy the retro rattling of a Russian Lada.
Finally, fuel economy is not as stated, I managed max of 34.6 mpg, simply not good enough when Nissan claim 50+.
Nissan are excellent todeal with and it is a big unit for a family & dog.
