town car

My wife and I looked at this car, but not sure how we ended up with it but we did. coming from 2ltr turbo diesel am very disappointed with mileage, Ford claims are way out. round town I get between 32- 34.3 MPG, bit of town and say 30 mile M/way duel carriage way im getting 37.7.

Later this year Im doing about 300 miles M/way so will be interesting to see what I get.
Its a nippy car, got decent acceloration if needed, but I find if you change gear when it indicates the car seems to labour, so you have to drop down a gear then up go your revs. The manual also states do not labour the engine, so the book is in contradiction with the gear shif indicator.

I could just write all the negatives but those would be for me only. Great little town car.
boot space limited, can only just get a weeks shopping in it. It is also tax free, but also surprised when buying this and transfering my insurance from 2ltr turbo mondeo this was dearer!!. It is what it is, sad to say when I can do so will change ASAP I want a bigger car, both my wife and I never gave comfort a thought. sit in the back seats and you tend to roll about, no good at all that.
