I bought this March 2012 car as a three month old ex-demonstrator with 3100 miles at good saving over the price of a new one. It has been totally reliable for the last four and a half years and has now done 41000 miles. This is possibly because I have had it dealer serviced every March even though it had only done about 8000 miles since the previous one. I am going to replace it with another new or nearly new one in the coming weeks as I always replace my cars at five years old. I kept accurate records of fuel bought for its first 10000 miles and calculated it had returned 45.1 mpg which I am pleased with. Last March I had to replace the two front tyres but the rear ones are still original although they would soon need replacing if I were going to keep the car. The only other thing I have had to replace are front and rear wiper blades. I have been very pleased with the car and would be happy to keep it if I couldn't afford a new one. My wife and I are a retired couple and so the car has rarely carried more than the two of us. However, when I have had three or four people in it, they have been comfortable enough and it makes little difference to the car's performance.
