  Hello. Does anyone know why my central locking automatically locks after 30 seconds after I unlock using my remote key? I cannot find anything in the manual to help me unless I'm looking in the wrong place. Cheers

  I have a 2002 Ford Mondeo Ghia  2.OTDCi 130 S-TRONIC type 04-22 with automatic transmission. Does this have a cam belt or chain? What is the recommended mileage life for it and is the replacement straightforward or does it entail a major engine dissembly?

  Is it ok for the cooling fan to cut in when slowing down (say at the round about), after a high speed drive in the motorway (in these cooler months)? After a few minutes of stopping it cuts out automatically.

  Just been past a garage with a 806 2.0 lx , 02 reg for £5995 Is this a good price? seems quite cheap but it is a automatic and 2 litre petrol but on the other hand i proberly only do 15,000 a year if that , most of the week is short 3-5 mile journeys with a long motorway journey at the weekends.

  My 98 Escort 1.6 Automatic starts normally but stalls as soon as I change gear to Reverse or Drive,mostly first thing in the morning or more so in cold weather. One of the mechanics said it is to do with EMU and the other with its Auto box. What is your opinion Thanks

  Is it normal for the electric radiator cooling fan to be running all the time when the Climate Control is on? The car is 2002 Focus 2 litre Ghia Automatic. This fan is extremely noisy and the car can be heard coming from quite a distance. Cheers for any info.

  Anyone know what causes my Omega 2.5 TD bmw engine not to rev smoothly. If i try to hold it at a steady speed in nuetral it rev up and down. Also the tickover will suddenly jump to 1500 rpm instead of running smoothly at 500rpm, a real problem with an automatic thanks

  I am loking for a three year old Nissan QX 2.0 V6 automatic. Unfortunately they almost all have high mileages. Is it realistic to expect a car of this sort that already has 90,000 miles on the clock to cover a further 120,000 over the next eight years without major mechanical problems? John
