superb driver

I have owned this car since february and drove it about 12000 miles.
It now has 55k miles and the engine seems better than when I bought it.

a problem with the ABS unit has been addressed by the Mercedes dealership with no charge, and the unit was upgraded to a newer model - 800 euro expense for Mercedes. much appreciated the service in Dublin.

last month noticed some sounds on the driver's side and failed the NCT for ball-joints on both sides, and the problem was addressed.

the previous owner did not have to repair anything to the car, so I think this is not bad for a 55 k miles, 9 years old car.

the only downside on this car is the fuel consumption: 1.8 engine, 163 Hp, but on summer time 10l/100km and since autumn (could temp outside) 12.5l/100km in Dublin driving.

I have changed many cars before this, but this one is by far more comfortable to drive and more sportier than anything before... I would not go to any other brand than Mercedes...

so, if the fuel consumption does not affect you, I strongly recommend it to any young enthusiastic driver --- it delivers excellent sensations on acceleration, and the automatic gear box act promptly and smoothly. 0-60mph in 9 seconds, and feels very comfortable changing the gears at 6500 rpm kickdown any day...

i would recommend it to any old or middle-aged driver that want a classy yet sporty car that make you feel young and put's a smile on your face every time you press the pedal
