Honda Civic (2006 - 2011)
2.2
Practical
Having reluctantly selling my 08 Jaguar XF ( due to costs she related ) I thought long and hard about my next car, after careful consideration and a lot of homework, I decided on the Honda Civic 2.2 diesel 2010. It turned out to be an absolutely sound decision. I've been driving this car for one year now, not a single problem at all, no engine issues nothing, I've not topped the oil, coolant, it's amazing in every sense of the word. The fuel sayings is amazing, I currently do 46 mpg urban and nearly 78 miles mpg motorway driving, the design of this car is one of the best I've seen, the space and inside the car and boot space is an extra surprise, my only gripe is the suspension, other than I'm totally happy. My XF don't have heated seats and electric folding in mirrors. The best thing in love about my car, this model does not have a DPF ( diesel particulate filter ) unlike my XF which cost me thousands in repair bills hence why this will be my last diesel car; I do not want another DPF headache, the new Honda Civic's have them fitted, so I will enjoy enjoy my car as long as it's able to drive.
