Lovely car

If want a spacious vehicle that's nice to drive and isn't full of complicated hi tech features and gadgets, the Duster is the car for you. This model has an ignition key, a proper handbrake and normal old fashioned controls for the heating and ventilation system. The touch screen Sat Nav and DAB radio is easy to use and has a USB socket to play music that's been recorded on a home computer. The 1.3 four cylinder turbo petrol engine has plenty of power and is very quiet and smooth running. Average fuel consumption works out at around 43mpg going up to high forties on a long run, which is very good for a petrol car this size. One feature that I find very annoying is the fuel saving start/stop which cuts off the engine when the car is stationary and the clutch pedal released. It can be easily switched off but this has to be done every time the car is started. This version has a six speed gearbox but I rarely use the sixth gear. Even at motorway speeds, the Duster is more responsive in fifth and, according to the fuel computer display, the mpg is about the same.
