  My Fiesta 2002 Diesel just failed its MOT for split lower arm bushes, after 44,000 miles and cost me £250 parts and labour.. Does anyone think this is fair wear and tear on a 4 year old car? As I do not. I am thinking of writing to Ford to complain but wanted a second opinion first.

  I have just finished changing a head gasket on a 1996 Ford Fiesta 1.3 Endura E engine. Everything went ok until I tried to put the dipstick back in it's tube, It just will not go. It goes about 3/4 the way down then it feels something is blocking it. Am I missing something or any advise much

  I have a ford scorpio with a tinted heated front screen, it is fitted as standard to the car. I have a small crack in the windscreen, if it failed the mot on this, would my fully comp insurance cover the replacement without effecting the no claims bonus. I know these screens are very expensive

  Running on from the discussion in April on this site about the availability and high cost of oil for the VW PD Deisel engines. Apparently the correct oil (Castrol Synthetic 5W 40 conforming to 505.01) is available from Ford dealers in 5 litre bottles. The same oil is used in the PD engine Galaxy
