Unreliable and dreadful service from colvo
6 faults in 27 months including 2 failures to start. Contacted Volvo to raise a complaint and after 3 weeks they basically said 'tough - you will just have to out up with it'. Arrogant, smug and unhelpful in the extreme. Marketed as a premium car yet it is unreliable with non existent support from the manufacturer. My last Volvo for sure. Think very carefully before buying one. Nasty, arrogant people who don't five a damn about their customers.
