good but alarm a real issue

This is a great car to drive BUT we have major alarm issues that volvo won’t do anything about. The alarm triggers randomly - it’s been back to a dealer 3 times. Volvo tell us the car isn’t being driven enough. We have a lease contract for 5,000 mile pa. Volvo say the car needs to be driven at least 600 miles a month which at more than 7,000 miles pa is 50% more than our lease allows. Our neighbours hate us, Volvo won’t do anything and we simply don’t know what to do. Volvo keep telling us the car is fine but if 5,000 miles pa is too little for the car to be driven then why on earth are they offering annual leases at that?
