2.0i XE 5dr SUV

The real deal.

I've owned Subaru Cars for more years than I care to remember, at least 30, in which time I've never been let down as a result of a breakdown nor stranded in the worst of the winter weather, the reason I've returned to the marque again and again.
My current Forester gives me everything I need in a car, first and foremost reliability, the car has a very solid feel to it and as with previous cars it feels very planted in all weather conditions, rear passenger access is excellent with the wide opening doors and the load area is easy to load with no boot lip or obstruction, also, a rarity in todays cars, it has a spare wheel !
It has to be said that the current Forester has a much improved interior over the previous SH model and with the huge glass sunroof and large windows it has great visibility, the new infotainment system is easy to use and gives the dash a nice finish, all the practical things needed are standard, heated mirrors, seats and windscreen wipers plus powerful headlight washers are all worthwhile features in the colder months, no silly extras lists here, just no nonsense practicality.
The dealer has always been excellent, the residual values have been good and the running costs sensible. Highly recommended.
