A Keeper

I have to confess this is my second Roomster purchase so clearly I have some bias!

It’s a brilliant second car, or alternatively a great family car on a budget. It is not flashy but does the task of acting as a Tardis with clobber with some to spare. Did I mention it’s very frugal? You should manage 47 to 60 mpg on petrol.

Originally chose the Roomster over the Yeti based on cost and interior space. The Roomster won on both counts and still does in the second hand market.

Niggles - rear seats don’t fold completely flat, weakness on wiring design for electric windows and rear access, and sharp front door design at head height so care on entry.

Only wish Škoda had been allowed to develop the Roomster concept further… The parent group took the view there was better margin going down the SUV route rather than MPV sadly.
