Holiday Rental - It was okay but not exciting, made me tired, underpowered
I rented this little car in Greece as part of my holiday. It was nearly 20,000km on the clock.
I was happy with the car as it had a 3.5mm jack so can listen to music from my phone.
Overall the car is okay, but I would not want to own one.
I drove around Corfu, the car will do what you want and even overtake others!. However on mountain roads, it is not the most exciting car to drive (not boring, but neither exciting). Honest John, says it is 'fun to drive', but I would not necessary agree with him.
On my 7 day rental, I did take a wrong turn a couple of times, and ended up on roads, which were so steep the car was about to roll back! IN the UK, they would never allow such steep roads, but in Greece, it is all good!. Had to put the brakes on and start from first Gear. If the car had failed, we would have rolled backwards off a cliff, as in Greece, barriers are not so common!. At that time, I felt the i10 was underpowered, but glad it did not let us down!
On holiday, I did find the car did 'tire' me out. (A car such as the Ford Fiesta is one the best holiday rentals with regards not tiring one out!).
