Hyundai i10 (2008 - 2014)
1.2 Active 5dr Hatchback
Not posh but it makes me feel rather smug!
When our Mitsubishi Colt had to go in for repair (not our fault!), I had a 1.2 comfort as a hire car. I loved it! Nippy & economical sums it up. I didn't want to take it back. Anyway, since then, back in my faithful, reliable Colt I found myself green with envy at every passing i10. Sad but true. Porches, Audi's & other fancy motors? Nah! I wanted an i10. I eventually came across an Active with a local registration & only 2,500 miles on the clock in Sapphire Blue at a great price:). To cut a long story short, I bought it! Loadsa kit! It's got a compartment under the boot to store things, USB. If you want one of those on an Audi A8 it would cost you an extra £260 or thereabouts, mine was free. It's got a proper spare wheel. We had to buy one for the Colt. (That had an aerosol can) It has air con. 5 doors & 3 seatbelts in the back. If you want those on a Citroen C1, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack. It's also got alloys & tells me to change gear when I need to, to save fuel & it's only £20 a year road tax. It's dead nippy too & I've still got over 4 years unlimited mileage warranty. Put that in your pipe & smoke it! If you were in an i10 you'd get a lighter & ashtray:)
If you need a cheap little run around & want your cake & eat it, well, here you are. It's a car version of an Eriba Puck, but that's another story. End of.
