If only Citroen Customer Service and Technical were helpful!

My C4 Grand Exclusive 2.0 HDi arrived and I collected it from the dealer, next day I was waiting for it to be recovered after power steering pipe ruptured. Took almost a week to get it recovered by Citroen Assist, further time to get it resolved and back it came.

Failed electronics / software caused screen to go blank, and nav system kept failing (rebooting in the midst of navigations) returned to the dealers again and sometime to resolve it and many follow up visits for this and gear box (gear change issues) many "software updates" and a year on it is still giving problems.

I have met other people with the same problem and erratic and uneven gear change, many occasions when I had to resort to manual paddle change to get forward movement, pretty scary too!

The car on other areas is amazing, if only they could get the gearbox sorted I wouldbe seriously impressed.

Economy nowhere near quoted figures (maybe due to the gearbox problems?) combined it returns about 32mpg, urban 28 and on a motorway run 38.
