Hire car that was awful

Just hired this car in Spain. Truly awful car. My cat has more power than this so don't try and do a quick overtake unless you can see a mile ahead. Clutch is awful, no feeling so you kangaroo down the road or stall it. Blind spot on drivers side is as big as an oil tanker and you can't see where the bonnet ends so parking is a nightmare. Rear interior mirror is too magnified so you think everyone is up on your bumper which is also possible as the car is so slow.
