Citroen C3 Picasso (2009 - 2017)
HDi 1.6 Exclusive 110
Excellent small car & generally very reliable
I have owned the Citroen C3 Picasso for some 14years now. The car has now covered 186,000 miles & still smooth running & getting 65 miles to the Gallon (4.65 litres).
Yes the running gear is soft & not designed for our poor quality cheap roads of today with awful potholes like a 3rd world country.
No car is designed to cope with these roads.
So I have had shock absorber & Coil spring & numerous bushes replaced, because they get a real hammering daily.
But all in all, this car has performed well.
Spacious within and I use HIDS DIRECT for better quality replacement bulbs.
Also I sprayed WD40 in the engine fuse box & relay box to protect against water damage as the boxes are poor quality.
Finally, I use Molyslip 2001E engine oil additive in my engine (reduces wear & protection when starting in any weather) & redex in my fuel to protect against rusting, keeping injectors running clean & engine too & helps to a higher mpg with respectable driving.
I have been using these additives in my vehicles for 48 years & believe this is why the car is still running so well.
