DPF Cleaner and took the car on the motorway and held the car at 3000 RPM and covered 50 miles, Since then i have increased the MPG to 54, So i am still missing out on 4MPG. Is there a way to try and get better MPG, I am just using normal Diesel at the pumps since i have read that modern cars -

years old with max of 60,000 on the clock. I was looking at either a Mazda 6 or Mondeo diesel but I'm concerned about the DPF. Although I do around 12,000 miles per year. My daily commute is only 4.5 miles extended to 9 miles if a school/nursery drop off is involved. Am I right to be concerned -

, the issue was vacuum hose, which was broken and after fixing it, car was like new, it was running fast and smooth, no problems at all. It had DPF light on while in limp mode but after fixing all the things, it got erased and never saw it again. now, after about 1-2 months I lost power again, I don't get any -

I have a Vauxhall Zafira 1.9 CDTI Sri. Apparently needs a new inlet manifold and have been quoted just shy of £1000. Does this sound right? I've just spent £900 on a new DPF and EGR valve!! -

Have had both petrol and diesel cars (pre DPF, with a nice lining of soot in the exhaust and with DPFs) and in perhaps 350,000 miles over that 30 odd years, aside from one exhaust for the Figaro, I’ve never replaced any exhaust components, even on cars that I’ve run for longer than 10 -

Cleggy - a case to answer. Having some trouble understanding this. The car was sold with a 3mth warranty which suggests it was over 3yrs old at time of purchase. Indeed, the questioner says it was purchased with an MOT. Isn't emissions part of the MOT test? If the DPF had been cut in half
