Does red fade? 21 Feb 2009 (Forum)
Hi All Thinking about buying a nearly new supermini for SWMBO (either a Yaris or Sirion). The non-metallic red is generally a few hundred cheaper than metallic. We like red, so this isn't a problem. But SWMBO keeps her cars for 10 years, and we used to have an old red Polo which faded quite -

Parking S/hampton Docks 21 Jan 2008 (Forum)
Dear All, I am going on a short trip on a P&O liner from S/hampton in September and thought, despite some advice to the contrary, to leave the car at the docks, F.O.C. I presume that one leaves the keys. Do cars get moved around by the staff? That in itself does not unduly bother me -

Permit charges based on length 20 May 2007 (Forum)
See this report: http://tinyurl.com/34x2c7 The headline may not accurately reflect what the council has said, but charging people by the length of their vehicle can not be described as helping to choose a green car. Maybe in crowded residential streets it may encourage people to have small cars -

Mazda 6 - electric window problem 21 Nov 2006 (Forum)
In September this year, I bought a 1 year old Mazda 6 from a UK Mazda dealer. Since then, on 3 separate occasions, I've gone out to the car and found all 4 electric windows completely down. I'm currently having to keep it in the garage at nights and in a secure car park at work until I can get -
Just how did they break in? 4 Oct 2006 (Forum)
Returned to my car this evening to find all 4 windows wide open (and of course, contents missing). No sign of forced entry. Pretty sure I'd locked it - it's a reflex action whenever I leave the car, much the same as putting seat belt on before driving. Even if I'd left it unlocked, the electric -
Honda Jazz - extended warranty 29 Sep 2006 (Forum)
So our Jazz is 3yrs old now, and we've been offered Hondacare Guarantee for £400 for a year or £700 for 2 yrs. Normally I never buy extended guarantees, but, bearing in mind I'd have to get some sort of recovery cover (it's really Mrs Payer's car) and that would cost £70 per year, I'm wondering -
