  I have been looking at s/hand C'eeds and there is quite a good selection around in the £6.5 - £8K range. Some say the i30 is a better car, but I think the C;eed looks much classier. A recurring theme though is approx 13,000 miles on the clock. Why would that be? Woody

  I've been toying with the idea of chopping in the Cooper S (05/05) for a new one. The local dealer offered me £2K under what the car is valued by Parker's and 'the other' price guide - and, incidentally, wouldn't budge. How reliable are these price guides that Joe Public can buy?
