(2002-) No Middle Seat Belt - Peter D
My Son ( presently living in the USA, has purchased a S/H Subaru Forrester and there is no middle rear seat, seat belt. Is this a US thing or does the UK version also not have the middle belt. Regards and Merry Christmas Peter D

my honda hrv..mitsi fto and bmw mini dont have a ctr belt.. to me. its quite normal

No Middle Seat Belt - Ruperts Trooper
It might be "hidden", my '06 Subaru Outback has the rear centre belt stowed in the roof lining. It has to be pulled out and clipped in to the socket in the seat, it can then be used as a conventional inertia belt by clipping the running tongue into the second socket in the seat.

No Middle Seat Belt - MVP
We have a early Forester II - the middle seat belt comes out of the roof a little way back from the rear seats.
