Does everything it promised

I bought the version with 121kg/km emisions so the road tax is presently £90 per year. The sport version is fully kitted out - remote locking,Thatcham alarm, leather trimmed steering wheel and gear knob, nice trim, mirrors and lights in the sun visors etc It also has lower suspension, lower profile tyres and alloy wheels so loads of street cred. Overall fuel consumption is around 58/59 mpg but I have managed better than 75mpg on the occasional gentle run.

On the down side the ride is a liitle hard and after 5 years of driving it I am beginning to think something a bit bigger might suit me better as I am 6ft 1in tall.

Absolutely no complaints about the car but the 4 year service at a VW dealer cost me £740. This includes all the usual stuff plus the brake fluid and fitting a new cambelt.
