Great looking car, well built, reliability typically VW
Great car, smooth acceleration albeit slow, VW desirability keeps resale value high. Failure of brake light sensor, power steering system and AC condensor means £1500+ worth of repairs. Niggly problem of the parcel shelf supports breaking off is common. Otherwise, I've enjoyed owning this, cheap to insure, tax, petrol and service. Well built runabout in all other respects. 3 cylinder motor runs well on the motorway.
