Really good all round family car.

The 2011 Exclusiv Nav 2.0 CDTI 160 Manual Hatch is my second Insignia. It has now done 36,000 miles and the only faults have been a duff glow plug (that was only picked up during a service... I hadn't noticed it) and condensation in a rear light unit (replaced under warranty)
The car does about 44 mpg around town and up to 57mpg on a long steady motorway run at 70m.p.h.
There is plenty of room in the front of the car but when I put my seat right back(I'm 6ft 4in) there is hardly any legroom behind me. The boot is big but beware that if you order the full sized spare wheel, then you lose about 4 inches of boot depth.
I think it's a really nice looking car with good handling and a fairly good ride.
Big discounts were available when I bought this, so overall, I can't think of a car in this class that represents better value for money.
The optional xenon headlights are really worthwhile, as is the Bluetooth system.
The Lifetime Warranty is good, although I haven't needed to use it, so I don't know if there are all sorts of exclusions.
My tyres lasted 24,000 miles, but I did switch fronts to rears at 11,000.
Bad points? Well the view from the rear view mirror is poor, although you soon get used to it. Resale value is poor, which has put me off trading it in. It'd be a great used buy though.
