Absolutely brilliant - the best car Vauxhall have ever made

I bought this car new, delivered with 9 miles on the odometer! To say that it has exceeded expectations would be an understatement. It really is a fantastic hatchback in so many areas, and far better than the 2017 Focus in my honest opinion. (I checked out both in detail and the Focus came with nowhere near the equipment of the Astra SRi Nav, and was more expensive, with build quality not even close). The car is so comfortable and enjoyable to drive. Seats are fantastic, driving position and ergonomics perfect. Performance from the 1.4 turbo engine (150hp version) is surprisingly swift, with both great low down torque (245nm) and a nice free revving high end. Sport mode on the SRi makes things even more fun, with firmer steering and increased throttle response. The Intellilink Nav 900 (8 inch) infortainment is superb. Really hard to fault this car and we're delighted with it. The only slight disappointment is that MPG is nowhere near what the manufacturer claims; Vauxhall claim 54mpg average for this model/engine but we get 37-38mpg. Other than that, just buy one!
