Very pleased - 150bhp - good performance
5000 miles to date on this latest model. Overall average 55 mpg on mixed driving (tried to submit mpg to you but you don't offer the latest model in your prompts). MPG is getting even better as the car beds in. Driving is mixed roads, mostly rural and motorway - perhaps the traffic levels on the latter produce good mpg!
This is a fairly quick motorcar, more so than its predecessor (a 59 plate Passat estate 140bhp DSG) which averaged 50 mpg. I have reverted to manual box as there wasn't enough to do! And I no longer needed the slightly larger car.
Overall, very pleased. Slightly less so with supplying dealer who wanted £200 (50%) more for a tow bar than available elsewhere!
