Bad paintwork, bad auto.

Brought the car at 11 months old, found a paint defect to roof after a few months, took it to local dealer who said it was from outside,so was not covered by warranty, but if I had brought it from their branch they would have made it good as a gesture of goodwill. Contacted the branch where I had purchased the car and they said I had left bird droppings to long and it was not their fault, and that paintwork could be damaged after one and a half hours. When I had the car serviced, I told them I had experienced juddering pulling away on an incline. Collected car and was told it had been re programmed and that everything was O K. Juddering had not been cured, and I was told it was a problem they were aware of, and they would order a new clutch for me. Due to the numbers they had to deal with, I had to wait about 5 months to have the work done.
