nice drive

Drives/handles well, doesn't feel like a MPV thing. Lots of driver leg room to stretch out. I am 6'2" and can get the sort of driving posn you would expect in a large car. Have 120ps engine, goes well lots of power and storms down the motorway. Very impressed with the engine quiet and smooth, thrums a bit under load and doesn't like reverse on inclines suspect reverse needs to be lower geared. Sliding doors very useful. boot not that big, premium feel upfront. climate cruise heated screen is lush. could do with 6 gears and now the MPG issue. I get 38mpg around home hilly area driving like a saint. On mixed i get about 40, just motorway 44. As a diesel alternative i am happy no DPF no clatter, quiet as a mouse on the motorway. I have had diesel's for the last 13 years and didnt want DPF DMF problems. Colour dependant car IMO, got ink blue on dealers suggestion looks good. If you floor it MPG crashes more than a diesel might. Sync bluetooth aux via usb is all fab rarely any probs easy menus. sony hifi mega loads of bass. Get some clear protective tape for the sills, easy to scuff. ford boot lip stainless trim only £25 looks good. cold morning just hit max defrost heated screens air con etc all got to max. fab. (feb2014 update) looks like 125ps might have DMF oops! also now getting 38mpg locally with ease 3500miles on odo.
