  Hi all, Could anyone explain how easy and roughly how you fit wheel bearings (front and back) to a ford fiesta 1991 1.6 XR2i. Is it within the scope of a competent DIYer and do I need any specialist tools. As I can't find the procedure in the Haynes Manual. Many Thanks Steveo

  halewood, ford are only going to have 8 more days before christmas manufacturing x-types. demand is close to zero. they have planned only 12 days of making them in january, and 12 in feb to. looks like the x-type is suffering tremendously from its reputation as a wooden-dash mondeo.

  Hi, Just had an oil and filter change done on the Yaris at National Tyres with Synthetic oil for £25. The oil they used was Duckhams QXR 5w-30 for Ford zetec engines. Their advert mentioned visco 7000 which I know is synthetic. Can anyone confirm that the Duckhams is synthetic Thanks

  Hello The ignition lock on my 1995 Fiesta has given up the ghost. Ford will sell me a new one but insist that I get the code extracted from the immobiliser at a cost of £50. Do I need to have the code extracted can't I just reprogramme the new black key with my original red key. Any advise
