  Went out to the car today and noticed a crack in the windscreen. Closer inspection shows a crack the starts under the plastic at the bottom of the screen and rises up 25 cm or so in an 'S' shape. No marks on the outside and the crack is on the inside. Rang the insurance and the RAC and they had
