  to be an excellent all round tyre, but they are very noisy on certain surfaces.. Anyone know of a quieter alternative in the 215/50 17 sizes? I did try pirelli p6000's on the omega and they were pretty good, but not necessarily ideal. THanks SImon _____________________________________

  a bloke (farmer) in britain that still restores them, and can supply you with all the parts to build your own. he even has a sportster version that will do 90mph!!!. the programme also featured archive footage of the 't' going through and over terrain that would make even some of todays 4x4's baulk

  I have a S reg VW Polo (98/99) 1.4 16v which keeps cutting out when slowing down from third gear to second. It usually happens when turning into roads and going round roundabouts and is proving to be quite dangerous. I have taken it to my local VW dealership twice who cannot find anything wrong

  New road signs seem to have popped up along the M6, at least between Knutsford and Stoke. They have a number on them, somewhere in the 200's range, and the number counts down (or up depending on direction) in 0.5 increments between signs. They are about 18"x12" atop a 3 foot pole, and is standard
