Fresh Air 1 Feb 2012 (Forum)
In the good old days (1980s) I used to drive Vauxhalls and the centre face vent was connected to the outside air. I could have toasty warm feet, demisted windscreen and cold air to breathe and keep me awake. Climate control, air con etc are all wonderful and I would not be without them -

Was stationary in a herd of Fresians a few weeks back. End of Old Coal Pit lane (A5270) near Buxton. The usual gentle jostling and occasionally worried that an elderly cow was going to end up on the bonnet. A few beasts licked the car and now am amazed that it seems to have damaged the paintwork -

James May - light, fast, economical challenge 5 Jul 2008 (Forum)
Anyone got any suggestions for a new engine + old bodyshell challenge? I reckon a Renault Supercinq 1.7 Monaco with a 1.5 dCi engine, chipped to 120ish bhp, would do the job nicely. Does anyone fancy building one? I can't find a Monaco but I have found a suitable looking GTX as a donor car. -

Renault Laguna III -Bit disappointing to look at? 10 Sep 2007 (Forum)
I have been looking at the new Laguna as a possible replacement. I am sure it's a far better car than the old model in many ways but it looks a bit dull. Ugly even. Maybe it will grow on me. Not sure the 1.5dCi engine will be a good match - the 2.0dCi would be my choice. Anyone else seen it yet? -

Ford mondeo- washer jet 26 May 2006 (Forum)
