2002 TDCI 130, 130k miles. Whilst driving at the weekend a slight wooshing noise whilst under boost indicated an air leak upstream of the turbo, I found a slight split in the "S" shaped rubber hose that leads from the intercooler to the EGR outlet tube that itself leads up to the inlet manifold -

without ruining the cylinderhead. Is there anyway this can be welded and then skimmed? How much would that cost? there are about 10 - 15 waterways affected. Or do I just shove it back together and hope for the best, when / if it fails again, scrap it. Thanks s -
