    I got a crossflow from an xr2 to put in my mk1 fiesta but after taking the head off to inspect it i found a score in the first cylinder, it's about 2 inches down and runs down below the piston, it's probably about 0.3mm deep, will this affect the engine much? will it need reboring?

    I propose to have the timing belt changed on my 04 Xzara Picasso 2.0 HDi at 75,000 miles.  Should I have the running pulleys and the water pump changed at the same time and should I use a main agent (for protection against subsequent failure) or an independant (for economy)?

    Hi all! My sister has a 99 Toyota Yaris and i am trying to change the fuel filter but cannot seem to find it. There is a black 'box' mounted to the bulkhead just to the right of the engine that one of the fuel lines runs into but i cant see any way of undoing it. It seems to be the right size

    I've just read the Ultraviolet report on the Astra Club 1.6i 16v which claims an overall fuel consumption of 55mpg. Shurely shome mishtake, mishta??? Even Mrs W's 1.6 Focus, when driven like a nun on a motorway run, will only get 44mpg.
