the ignition off but the engine continued to run and would not cut out. This would have been due to the amount of oil sitting on top of the pistons and therefore the engine was continuing to run on oil rather than diesel. Once the engine has stopped running it would not restart. We left -

Are there any standards for the surfaces of the various road classifications? Some parts of the A1031 running south from Grimsby are really poor. It must be the worst A road in Britain. I can hardly believe it's classed as an A road. -
