official mpg is a lie

love everything about the car apart from 1 thing mpg , I use car for City driving 5 days a week I achieve 30mpg City , A1 40mpg under 50mph ,over 50mph achieves 35mpg but at 70mph drops down to 30mpg
No man light has been on but had it back to dealer twice complaining ,even showed them am internal processor fault code on my snapon verus edge scanner ,but dealer give an excuse it wasn't the same as there equipment no faults found blamed my tyre pressures ,but I love the car otherwise I tow a caravan 4times a year with loads of power and no problems oh one more thing I figured out problem with radar cam auto braking system ,if temp drops below 0 inside the car over night the cam doesn't like it fault light come on till car interior warms up inside stop the car recycle ignition and it resets and it loves picking up reflection of White vans ,I've spoke to different owners and 2wd man gears version is much better mpg
