INCREDIBLE CAR

I bought this from new. Ordered it 13 years ago. Had it spec'd to my requirements and built in Germany. Car is smooth, economical and refined for such a modest car. Bought for £16.5k and got 3k off trading in an Graphite Grey Golf Mk2 1.6 Driver under the sc***page scheme (wish I still had that car - would be worth more than 3k now). That car should never have been sc***ped - bad govt policy.

The Mk6 still drives like it is new and with only 32k on the clock feels so tight and sweet to drive. No turbo lag and so smooth with 6spd box. Cruise control and tyre warning light are also great and so too is the leather steering wheel and comfortable stylish seats.

No major expense in 13 years other than replacing the tyres which were cracked but still had amazing tread after 10 years.

Best car I have ever owned but road tax is now £180.00 which is a rip off for a car with a 1395cc engine.
