Not the best Toyota i have ever owned , clucth poor & gearing ratios, releiable
I bought 07 plate with 27000 private , one week later clutch failed. Cost £650 at HGV clutch centre, it was difficult to get it replaced by normal independant garages. Toyota wanted £950 ish. Yikes.
The automatic gearing ratios in first and second is rather sluggish. However, the rest is typical Toyota , reliable and a safe cabin . It runs well round town and motorways averages 38 MPG .
Remember that when stopped PUT THE CAR INTO NUETRAL, otherwise the clutch will burn out , unlike the previous owner of mine.
I will keep it and fingers crossed , see how it runs. Overall 7/10
