Pokey ,nice inside ,good mpg,but bad reliability

Bought car one month ago ,loverly to drive ,comfy ,nice looking in black ,drove it to Devon from east Sussex on my 2nd day of getting it ,nice drive there and back and used less than a full tank of diesel, 435 miles in one day ,very comfy fast drive ,3rd gear popped out of gear 2 or 3 times ,could have been due to me not used to it ,but has happened 5 times now so took back to main dealer slm,they took it for drive but couldn't find no fault ,so got it back ,2days later it happened again ,it doesn't happen all the time so I'm happy to carry on as I brought a 2and half year warranty with the car ,so if the gearbox goes it will have to be fixed.
Overall in the month I've had the car I'm very happy with it,it's good looking easy to drive ,park ect and very comfortable, it's got good power and mpg is awesome at an average of 55mpg,infotainment and controls are nice ,a few rattles from some of the tough plastics around doors but I can live with it Overall I really like this car and would recommend it as a good solid second hand buy .
