C220d 2.1 Sport Premium Plus Auto 5dr Estate

Disappointing,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I got this based on my experience with my previous same,,,but manual gears, model, 2010, But this hasn’t met my expectations ,10,000mls on it’s broken down 3 times, numerous small ‘glitches ‘ mostly electrical, last week on holiday in France I got an egg in wall of rear tyre, booked in to eurotyre for replacement next day, only to find tyre had burst overnight,!!!
That’s when I discovered Mercedes don’t give you a spare,,or incredibly a wheel brace ,,,,ridiculous,??,,,I had to call Mercedes assistance,, who upon arrival refused to remove the wheel and let me sort it,,,they trailered the car to a main dealer 45 minutes away then wanted to replace both rear tyres,,,, €395!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,,,,,eurotyre €150,,, and I had to arrange my own transport to collect the damn thing,,,! I refused to have both done so €190 later I’m mobile again,,,,,,,,,and now the automatic boot lid is only opening 2/3rds,,,so I crack my head on it unloading the boot,,,,,,not good enough Mercedes,,,,,,thank heaven it’s a lease car and I can give it back next year,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
