Excellent family car

Have done over 10,000 miles since purchasing this car. It has not missed a beat and now has over 22,000 on the clock and is just nicely run in. Fuel consumption has been excellent with a worst of 52 mpg and a best of 69.8mpg (those are fill to fill figures, not from the optimistic trip computer). Yes, I do drive sensibly, but cruising at 70mph this car will regularly return 64mpg on a long run (most of what I do is long trips) and I'm averaging 58mpg overall. Insurance was very cheap for me.

Still not been near the dealer and have about 4,000 miles until a service is due. Hasn't used any oil or water. Rear tyres will need replacing in about 2,000 miles.

Only a couple of small criticisms. The seats are a bit hard and occasionally give me cramp. I have invested in a thin foam cushion which helps. The Becker SatNav updates are very expensive compared to my old Garmin. It's possible to lock the keys in the car if you open the boot and then leave the keys on the boot floor (not done this yet!!!)

Overall, the car is very satisfactory and a pleasure to drive.
