Negatives far outweigh positives!

Aircon pipes chafing and rattling.

Roadside assistance as Engine Management Light; software issue.

Driver door catch secured, as loose and door difficult to close.

Squeak from rear as spacer missing from rear light cluster.

DAB stations lost, and does not recognise ipod - sofware update required.

Requesting service at random intervals; software updated.

Parcel shelf rattle; foam padding strip attached.

3rd row seatbelts rattle; attached foam padding to alleviate.

13/03/2018 Adblue topup.

27/06/2018 Service - (2 year) & replace diesel filter - after we reported diesel fumes.
Re-set service interval indicator as service was not requested correctly.
Also replaced tail gate hinges as filling up with water and boot not opening properly.
Re-fixed passenger footwell panel which was loose (fixing screw missing).
Replaced rear pads and discs.

17/09/2018 28133 miles - exhaust filter full - red warning - engine management light.
Limp home mode.

19/09/2018 JLR carried out "Dynamic Regeneration" attempted to charge £132.00
Auto regeneration had not been carried out >10k miles.

16/10/2018 30,001 miles - service request due in 1200 miles… ?
Booked in 25/10/18 - requested that they check DFP regeneration.

25/10/2018 30,379 miles - 7 litres oil change & new oil filter.
Carried out DFP regeneration & test.

13/11/2018 31,174 - DEF warning - range 534 miles
After several calls to JLR, they advised not to drive car as "non-starter"
when 500 range is reached. However they could not book-in for 2 weeks!!
Called LR Assistance, reported Adblue level OK, however SCR injector
blocked; removed, cleaned, replaced - reset quality monitor.
Carried out software update. (Exhaust filter 17% soot.)

JLR Employee advised that only way to carry out DFP filter regeneration
is to drive a 3000 rpm for 30 minutes, once per week.
Quote "it will kill the mpg, but vehicle will simply not regenerate during
normal driving conditions".

Decided to sell vehicle before warranty expired.
