Just not good enough

Bought car for long warranty and comfort.
Sorry but seats are hard and have to stop after 1 hour to revive backside (brochure boasted new all singing/dancing seating!).
Headrests push your head forward and make you feel sick. Garage say they are H&Safety compliant. I have turned them around but they are not doing their job properly.
Boot space is hampered by pull out cover, which is difficult to use as you have to pull it down into boot space to operate.
After 1 year of trying to get my music from CDs to USB, found out that my music can only be played on Apple/ Google play- life is too short to try and sort that out.
Auto climate control does not function well enough for me and I have to regulate it manually to be comfortable.
So many switches/dials on this car make it very distracting from driving - so do not use.
