Great 1st Motor

Bought this Car in Jan 2012 as my first car after passing my Driving test 2 months before in a Fiesta of the same Vintage and have not regretted it.

Got my father to checkout the car for me, once I got the allclear I went down to Dagenham to pickit up.

The Body work had one or two scratches and the rear bumper had a crack in it but for £2000 it's a great set of wheels, really appreciate the extra headroom over the Fiesta on which it's based on as I am 6ft 2inches.

Actually feels roomier than some larger cars that I have travelled in recently and is great for the weeks shopping.

I currently only use it on the weekend as I work close to home and it starts on the key everytime, used it everyday over the Jubilee Weekend and only stuck in a tenners worth of Diesel, still showing Half a tank.

Ride can be alittle hard but rides Potholes quite well and is great travelling at 70mph on the Motorway, the car had done 91,000 when I bought it but being a Diesel it's built to last.

After learning to drive in the 1.1/1.2 Fiesta this feels like a fast car and leaves other cars at the lights, its very quiet which was a surprise as I always thought they were noisy compared to Petrol and the turbo crimes in without any lag.

It actually feels bigger than it is, but has the added bonus of being easier to Park than a larger Car.

Only Problem I had being my first Motor was the Insurance picking the Diesel over the Petrol I got charged alot although next years should be better and the Road Tax is only 30quid a year.
