Generally Pleasing

Brought this vehicle from a dealer with 6,000 miles on the clock & have brought it up to 56,000 miles in 4 years.

Good Points
Titanium spec is very nice & offers a tase of luxury & comfort I had not experienced from Fords before. Fully adjustable seat & steering wheel easily accomodate me & my 6'3" size. The 2.0 TDCI engine is very punchy & runs well in all gears giving good power delivery. The

Bad points
Had issues with the storage bin in the dashboard directly above the centre console! Firstly the catch broke & cost £38 at Ford Dealership to have replaced, went a second time & when I enquired about an entire replacement I was told it would cost £257!! Also had issues around water leaking/retention in the front passenger footwell & a total mire with local dealership rectifying the issue :-(

Overall
Good car & very pleasing but some problems will not go & are not help by poor dealer support
