Ford Fiesta (2017 - 2023)
1.5 TDCi 120ps Titanium 5dr Hatchback
Let down from long term ford owner
Past three cars have all been fiestas, no issues and enjoyed them. Bought this ford direct car. Within two weeks I had oil pressure warning lights flashing amber and then red. Then would go off. After three weeks.. I called breakdown who said do not drive it! . It went off to get fixed..two weeks later ..found out it was a software glitch..
A week later..I noticed my windows ..passenger and driver wouldn't operate correctly.. I press the button down..window goes down..stops then goes back up and stops.. I ignored this for a month.. thengot soaked when on the A1.. windows locked out..and it was raining.
Booked it in to get sorted.. but needed to wind window down.. pressed it a little.. it went all the way down and locked.. not able to wind it back up... Rac couldn't sort it.. so back to the garage and no car again.. I gave gone from a very happy for owner to wanting to sell and by a different car.. not happy at all
The plus.. fast...fuel I am getting about 60mpg.. it's a nice ride and holds the road very well. But I'll not be buying another.
