  Can any one help i have a 01 mondeo tddi which ocasionally miss fires,If you try to hold the revs at a steady 1750 to 1800 RPM you get a surging and if you listen to the exhaust you can hear the occasional miss,and the engine seems to run very roughly at this rpm.My ford dealer says

  I have just bought a second hand 1997 1.3 EFI Fiesta LX 37k miles for my lad to learn in. It has a full Ford SH, but I have noticed there is some brown crispy deposits around the oil filler and in the rocker cover. Will this dissapear with frequent oil changes, or is there some additive I can add

  I've got a 2.0 Focus ESP and am slightly disappointed with the fuel consumption - I get 28 mpg on my daily commute, 32 mpg on a long run. I do have a heavy right foot though! I was wondering if I switched to 97 octane from the 95 I cuurently use if I would get better mpg and performance.. Ford
